Enomy Copyright & Intellectual Property Takedown Policy

Enomy Limited (“Enomy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Enomy platform to do the same.
This Copyright & Intellectual Property Takedown Policy explains:
- how rights owners can report infringing content;
- how Enomy handles intellectual property complaints;
- how users may respond to claims;
- how repeat infringement is handled.
This policy applies to all content available through Enomy, including:
- product listings;
- images;
- logos;
- videos;
- descriptions;
- advertisements;
- storefronts;
- imported social media content;
- promotional content.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
Users may not upload, publish, advertise, distribute, display, import, or promote content that infringes the rights of third parties.
This includes infringement of:
- copyrights;
- trademarks;
- trade dress;
- patents;
- publicity rights;
- personality rights;
- design rights;
- trade secrets;
- other intellectual property rights.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all required rights, permissions, licenses, authorizations, and consents relating to any content or products uploaded to Enomy.
2. Examples of Prohibited Infringing Content
Prohibited content may include:
- counterfeit or replica products;
- unauthorized branded merchandise;
- copied product photographs;
- stolen marketing materials;
- unauthorized use of logos or trademarks;
- pirated digital content;
- copied product descriptions;
- fake designer products;
- unauthorized use of copyrighted images;
- impersonation of brands or businesses;
- unauthorized imports of content from third-party platforms.
3. User Responsibility
By uploading content to Enomy, users represent and warrant that:
- they own the content; or
- they possess the legal right to use the content;
- the content does not infringe third-party rights;
- the content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
Users remain fully responsible for:
- uploaded content;
- imported content;
- advertisements;
- promoted listings;
- marketing materials.
Enomy does not independently verify ownership rights and does not guarantee the legitimacy of user-submitted content.
4. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
Rights owners or authorized representatives may submit infringement complaints to:

To help us process requests efficiently, complaints should include:
Required Information
- Full legal name of the rights owner;
- Contact information, including email address;
- Description of the intellectual property allegedly infringed;
- Description of the allegedly infringing content;
- Direct URLs or identifiers for the reported content;
- Explanation of why the content is infringing;
- Statement that the complainant has a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
- Statement that the information provided is accurate;
- Statement confirming the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner;
- Electronic or physical signature of the complainant.
Incomplete reports may delay review or result in no action being taken.
5. Review and Enforcement Process
Upon receiving a complaint, Enomy may:
- review the reported content;
- request additional information;
- temporarily restrict visibility;
- remove content;
- disable listings;
- suspend accounts;
- terminate accounts;
- block future uploads;
- take other enforcement actions.
Enomy reserves sole discretion regarding:
- whether content violates this policy;
- what enforcement action is appropriate;
- whether content should remain removed.
Enomy may act without prior notice to users where necessary to:
- prevent ongoing infringement;
- comply with legal obligations;
- protect rights holders;
- reduce platform risk.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Enomy may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
Repeat infringement may include:
- multiple takedown requests;
- repeated counterfeit listings;
- repeated unauthorized use of copyrighted materials;
- repeated trademark violations;
- attempts to evade enforcement;
- creation of replacement accounts after suspension.
Enomy may also:
- restrict advertising access;
- disable promotional services;
- limit account visibility;
- permanently ban associated accounts.
7. Counter-Notifications
If a user believes content was removed incorrectly, they may submit a counter-notification to:

Counter-notifications should include:
- identification of the removed content;
- explanation of why the content was removed in error;
- evidence of ownership or authorization;
- the user’s contact information;
- a statement made in good faith;
- an electronic or physical signature.
Submission of a counter-notification does not guarantee restoration of content.
Enomy reserves sole discretion regarding whether content will be reinstated.
8. Imported Content and Third-Party Platforms
Enomy may allow users to import products or content from third-party platforms including social media platforms.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to:
- import content;
- reproduce content;
- advertise imported content;
- distribute imported content.
Importing content from another platform does not automatically grant legal rights to use that content.
Enomy is not responsible for disputes arising from imported content.
9. Advertising and Promotional Use
Users acknowledge that content uploaded to Enomy may be used in:
- advertisements;
- promotional campaigns;
- catalog advertisements;
- recommendation systems;
- social media campaigns;
- search placements.
Users are responsible for ensuring they possess the rights necessary for such use.
Enomy may remove or refuse promotional use of content that creates:
- legal risk;
- advertising compliance risk;
- intellectual property risk;
- payment processing risk;
- reputational risk.
10. Counterfeit and Brand Protection
Enomy prohibits the sale or promotion of counterfeit or unauthorized branded products.
Brand owners may report:
- counterfeit products;
- trademark misuse;
- impersonation;
- unauthorized resale;
- copied branding;
- misleading brand associations.
Enomy may require sellers to provide:
- proof of authenticity;
- invoices;
- authorization letters;
- distribution agreements;
- business registration documentation.
Failure to provide requested information may result in enforcement action.
11. Limitation of Liability
Enomy acts as an intermediary platform and does not independently verify the ownership, legality, or authenticity of user-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enomy shall not be liable for:
- user-uploaded content;
- intellectual property disputes between users and third parties;
- counterfeit products uploaded by users;
- unauthorized use of third-party materials;
- damages arising from enforcement actions;
- mistaken removals;
- lost profits or business interruptions resulting from content removal.
Rights owners and users are responsible for resolving disputes directly where appropriate.
12. Fraudulent or Abusive Complaints
Submitting knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive infringement complaints is prohibited.
Enomy may reject complaints or take action against parties that:
- abuse the reporting process;
- submit bad-faith claims;
- repeatedly submit unsupported complaints;
- attempt to interfere unfairly with competitors.
13. Changes to This Policy
Enomy may modify this policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
